BIM LIBRARY

BIM, an acronym for "Building Information Modeling", is a construction project management system with a complete virtual development of a project, which tells us if it is actually buildable.

In turn, BIM is a tool for managing related information that allows modeling using parameterized 3D files. BIM enables the production and storage of all the information necessary to operate in the different phases of the construction project lifecycle. Using BIM from the design stage allows stakeholders in the construction process to collaborate and efficiently use the same information throughout all phases of the project.

BIM models are objects created with the attributes of the real building element in order to manage, control and use them virtually in projects.
